The space
The 62 m² apartment has a living room with balcony and a wonderful view. In addition, there is a separate bedroom with a double bed, a separate kitchen and a bathroom with a tub. Kitchen and bathroom are part of the apartment and are only used by you. In the living room there is a double bed and in the living room there is also a sofa bed as well as a dining table, cabinets and a TV. From the living room, you can exit onto the balcony. The mountain view from up here is beautiful. The living rooms and the kitchen can be reached via a hallway with a wardrobe and a large mirror.
The kitchen and bathroom are part of your enclosed residential unit and are therefore only available to you. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, dishwasher, hood, refrigerator and a dining table with chairs. Dining and cooking utensils are ready for you.

Unfortunately, e-cars cannot be charged, e-bikes can be charged after consultation with the host. Devices that consume a lot of electricity, e.g. fan heaters, are not allowed without prior agreement.

The municipality of Oberstdorf charges a spa fee of EUR 3.80 per night for people aged 17 and over and EUR 3.15 for young people aged 13 to 16. Children under the age of 12 years of age are free of charge. The spa fee is added to the price and must be paid in cash on site upon arrival. It is only rented to holiday guests who pay the visitor's tax.

Dogs only with the express consent of the host. An additional cleaning fee will be charged. I ask for your understanding that the dog is not to be left alone in the apartment and that it is not allowed on the furniture.

Visitor's tax is not included in the price (children till 12 years: free, teens 13-16 years: €3.15, adults and teens 17 years: €3.80, all per night and person). We are only renting to holiday guests who pay visitor's tax.
If you want to use the heating, we charge the costs we have to pay ourselves, based on heating measurement devices. We think that's fair to all our guests.
All children (including babies) are calculated as regular guests.
E-cars are not allowed to be charged, e-bikes only after speaking with the host and her permission. Devices with high energy demand, e.g. electrical heating devices, are not allowed without permission from the host.

A dog is only allowed after confirmation of the host. The dog is not allowed on the furniture and cannot stay in the apartment on its own. Be prepared to pay an additional cleaning fee.
