The space
The house is just high enough up the hill to offer stunning views but still be within an easy 10 min walk to beautiful Pohara beach, cafes and restaurants. Relax & enjoy spectacular sunsets and the star gazing is absolutely amazing !

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire 1st floor except for a cleaners cupboard and a couple of owners shelves in the kitchen and bathroom. Please be aware there may also be other guests or the owner staying on the ground floor, so please keep this in mind and keep noise levels to a minimum.

NB. The fully equipped 1 bedroom apartment located on the ground floor may also be available if required by larger groups or if extra privacy is required by any guests. Please enquire for price and availability.

Other things to note
Please Note. The door at the bottom of the stairs is alarmed. It is clearly labeled so please do not attempt to open this door.
This door separates the studio from upstairs and it is locked from the studio side so upstairs can not be accessed from the studio.

Please note if you cook pungent or very aromatic foods you may be charged
an extra cleaning fee to remove the smell and
deodorize.


CAR PARKING
Unfortunately all 2WD cars will have to park on the street until further notice.
The street parking is very safe and it’s only about 20 meters to the accommodation.
