My cozy and modern 1-bedroom apartment is located in the city center of Chania and is just a 10 min walk to the picturesque Old Town and beautiful Venetian Harbor while the main bus station & other important sights are very close. Moreover, the sandy beach of Nea Chora is only a 15 min walk away.

The apartment is fully equipped for a comfortable stay and offers private parking. If you
are a couple or solo traveler who wish to explore the city or on a business trip, my apt is your ideal choice!

The space
Τhe apartment is located on the first floor (accessible by an elevator and stairs) of a small family apartment building. The main area offers a fully equipped kitchen in an open-plan design, where you can cook your delicious meals, a dining table as well as a living room with a sofa bed, where the A/C is installed. The bedroom offers a king size bed with anatomic mattress for a comfortable sleep; a quiet fan is installed that can be used on a hot day to cool the room.

The apartment offers soundproof windows, is newly renovated and equipped with new furniture. The balcony has a view to a small garden and is the ideal place to enjoy your morning coffee or a glass of wine at night.
