This historic structure was built in 1909 for the local catholic parish and served as such until the 1970's. A portion of the church was then converted to a residence and has also served as a wedding venue for over twenty years. Now called Kelmscott Chapel, a nod to William Morris and the arts and crafts movement, you will find warm and inviting accommodations. Complete with stained glassed windows, spiral staircases, decorated with art and antiques.

Guest access
You will have access to two bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room, kitchen, and great room. The sanctuary is only able to be viewed through windows. Inquire if interested in a tour.

The lower (basement) of the building is private owner's space and is unaccessible.

Other things to note
Our space caters to people seeking a peaceful retreat in a unique atmosphere. It's perfect for couples, "momcations", girls weekends, business travelers, and families with older children. It is not suitable for parties or hosting family holidays/get togethers. If you are looking to book a wedding or event space in the chapel please refer to our website - these are booked separately from our Airbnb guest quarters.
