58 on Park is a lovely 3 bedroom Greyton style cottage, in a peaceful and quiet area, bordering the Nature Reserve with beautiful mountain views.
Park street is one of the most popular roads in Greyton as it is close to the village centre but, being above the village and facing the nature reserve, it is also very peaceful with no through traffic.

The space
The main bedroom is upstairs with a queen bed with en-suite bathroom with shower, basin and toilet. There is a balcony opening up to stunning views of the Nature Reserve. The second bedroom with 2 single beds is just outside the main bedroom. There is a third bedroom downstairs with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower, basin and toilet. There is a third bathroom underneath the twin room also with shower, basin and toilet.

Please note the staircase leading upstairs is steep, but they are sturdy with a good hand rail.

The lounge is situated downstairs and is spacious with an open plan kitchen and dining area with 6 seater dining table and open fireplace. There is a flatscreen TV but NO DSTV. There is a DVD player and the TV does take a USB stick. The lounge opens onto a sun room with a sleeper couch which opens up to an outside patio with a weber type braai.

The property stretches right up towards the Nature Reserve. Unfortunately due to water restrictions, our pool is no longer usable. It is up at the top of the property and cannot be seen from the house.

Parking behind the gate for one car and extra cars outside. The house has a full alarm with response.

We are very pet friendly, but please note that the property is NOT fully fenced.

Unfortunately we do not provide WiFi.
