Seaside Apartment with well distributed rooms. Balcony with a wide view of the waterfront. Great location: Between Capão da Canoa and Atlântida. 4 bedrooms. 3 double. 2 with air conditioning, one of them being a suite. Living room with Smart TV and dining room. Fully equipped kitchen. Service area. Wifi. Indoor barbecue. 2 parking spaces. Very well airy and with excellent luminosity. All rooms with fans. We only rent for families and up to 6 guests.

The apartment is extremely well located. It has a wide sea view and is just one block from the beach. It is located exactly on the border block between Capão da Canoa and Atlântida, with both centers within a 15-minute walk. In addition, it is located at the beginning/end of the Capão da Canoa boardwalk, great for those who enjoy sports activities such as walking, running and cycling, including at night. The apartment offers a space in the covered parking lot and several in the uncovered parking lot. There is also, in a shared environment, a large barbecue and lawn.
