This is a 4 bedroom 3 bath 2nd floor condo . Great location close to the beach and boardwalk and downtown Ocean City. Large front porch with seating area as well as a table and chairs to relax. Spacious interior with plenty of room for the family. Has a 1 car garage with an additional parking spot behind the garage for one more car. This is a non smoking unit and we do not allow any pets. No group rentals under the ages of 27 accepted.

There is a pullout queen size sleeper sofa in the living room

This unit will sleep up to 10 if you want to use the pullout in the living room

We DO NOT provide sheets and towels. You must bring your own or we can send you information for several services in Ocean City that rent sheets and towels and all other items that may be needed for your stay.

We do have blankets and pillows in the property for each room.

This is the second floor of a 2 unit building. Checkin information is sent the day of checkin.

We do not accept any group rentals under the ages of 27. ID’s if guests required for all June rentals.
