Access to the listing is via a staircase. You will arrive at the duplex accommodation (bedrooms upstairs) with a 75 m² mezzanine, with a magnificent view of Fort Saint André and Mont Ventoux, which can accommodate up to 6 people.

You will have a beautiful functional closed kitchen, equipped (oven, stove, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, etc.). Everything necessary for cooking is provided.
In the large living room/dining room there is a 2-seater sofa bed with a very comfortable foam mattress, an office space and a dining table.

You will also have a first bathroom with shower and toilet on the ground floor.

A large window door provides access to the private outdoor space composed of garden furniture to enjoy the beautiful summer evenings with exceptional views of Fort Saint André and Mont Ventoux.

Upstairs you will find the two bedrooms (the first one composed of a bed in 140 cm, the second with two beds in 90 cm), the bathroom and the toilet.

You will therefore enjoy, and your private outdoor space, and the outdoors common to the three homes, namely the natural pool, and its various relaxation areas.

Sheets and bathroom linens are included.

Household products that respect the environment and sensitive individuals, including allergic individuals, are used.

Other things to note
Great importance is given to the family character of the house and the peacefulness of the place. The swimming pool will therefore be closed at 9 p.m. Sound respect is requested, both for the occupants of the other units, and for the neighbours. It is not possible to scream or put loud music.
Please no longer make noise outside after 22am to preserve a soothing and relaxing atmosphere.
