Colonial style home located in the heart of Antigua, Guatemala, with rooftop terrace. Casa Magnolia has 5 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. Each room has its own en suite bathroom. We are just a few blocks from the central park and some of the most beautiful churches, ruins, and markets. There are several popular bars and restaurants just a block away from this lovely home.

We dont have a parking space available in the house or ourside on the street!!! Better option is a private parking lot.

The space
Casa Magnolia has unique features that will make your stay a wonderful experience! Each of the 5 rooms has its own bathroom, Smart T.v. and can be as private as you'd like it to be. The beautiful courtyard, corridors, and rooftop terrace are perfect for a pleasant read or to enjoy an aromatic cup of Guatemalan coffee. There are plenty of comfortable spaces to relax and read a book after spending the day visiting all of the wonders that Antigua has to offer.

Once inside, the house has a spacious living room with comfortable areas to enjoy with your loved ones. Also, because the house has a fully equipped kitchen, you can prepare delicious meals to enjoy in the lovely dining room or in the courtyard.

This beautiful colonial-style home is the perfect home base from which you and your family and friends can explore the delights that Antigua offers. The ruins, cathedrals, museums, restaurants, cafes, bars, and shops that are located on the cobblestoned streets are all easily accessible by foot.
