Set in the heart of historic Dilworth this apartment has essentials for business or personal travel. It is one block walkable to Atrium Health CMC facility including the Levine Children's Hospital and Sanger Heart Center. There are great restaurants, coffee shops, grocery, transportation, and Starbucks one to two blocks away - and many other choices are also very close. Downtown Convention Center is ~1.0 mile away (30-minute walk) with a city bus option plus Uber and Lyft for only a few bucks.

Situated on a quiet street the apartment is private with the tenant maintaining the only access. The private entrance apartment is well-appointed and comfortable.

East Blvd, lined with shops and restaurants sits in the heart of Dilworth, which began as Charlotte's first streetcar suburb and was established by Edward Dilworth Latta in the 1890s on 250 acres just southwest of the original city limits and included the Joseph Forsyth Johnson designed Latta Park. Like neighboring Myers Park, the streets of Dilworth feature stately, mature oak trees, sidewalks, and houses with beautiful front porches. Atrium CMC facility is one block away. The Charlotte Convention Center is a 30 minute walk about a mile away as is the rest of downtown Charlotte.
