The 200-year-old former family home of the neighbouring Staudter Hof exudes a very special charm that combines the original beauty of Eifel buildings with contemporary comfort. Beautiful hiking trails, cycle routes and toboggan slopes can be found in the immediate vicinity. Shops of daily needs are within walking distance. Enjoy your time off from everyday life here!

The house is great for doing great hiking and cycling trips (road bike and mountain bike, e-bikes can be rented at the town hall), Hellenthal is located in a hotspot of wonderful short, medium and long hiking trails.

A special feature of the house is that each room has a different room height: the result of renovation and refurbishment work over a period of 200 years. Our cottage is unfortunately not accessible due to the historical circumstances. The ceiling height is lower than in modern properties and there are some small steps within the living areas.

The entrance area in front of the house is spacious and can be used well as a terrace ("garden" without lawn/"backyard"), the seating and parasol are located in the basement room, in the second basement room is a large Weber grill.

The cottage is heated with gas and CO2 compensation tax, the electricity is eco electricity.
