We stayed at Danny's place for the doTERRA convention. It was perfect walking distance to the Salt Palace. Danny was there waiting to let us in as soon as our ride dropped us off. Danny is great at communicating if you have any questions during your stay. The apartment stayed really cool all week, sometimes too cold so we just turned it off for a bit. That was really nice because we had mid 90s almost all week. You are right downtown and really close to shopping, restaurants and Harmon's grocery store. Loved Harmon's. I also appreciated staying in an apartment over staying in a hotel because you've got a kitchen. We shopped and had fresh food for breakfast and snacks and made smoothies as well. We had an 11 month old with us. Although the place isn't really child proofed we were able to pick things up and remove them from her reach. We were gone most of the day, so it wasn't a big deal when we were there short periods of time she was able to move around and explore and never got into something she shouldn't have. The downside was having stairs to get up and down to the front door of the complex and no elevator for the stroller. It was a minor inconvenience. I would definite stay here again if it's just a few of us.

We were four girls sharing this wonderful apartment with supermarket, coffee shop and extremely wonderful neighborhood nearby. First of all, this apartment is same as the pictures shown. It has enough room for 4 of us and our suitcases. We love the decorations that has been collected around the around, some are from China. Meanwhile, the kitchen is perfect for us to cook simple dishes, and I have to say, there are more accessories than we expected. Second, I would like to recommend a morning run in the early morning if you stay in Danny's place. I did several times and really did enjoy it a lot as SLC has nice air and beautiful view, not to mention those nice citizens beautiful smiles. Last but never the least , Danny is a nice host. He made sure we had comfortable stay without interruption. Whenever there was a question he replied fast. Though our busy schedule didn't allow us to hangout and have more conversations, but we found he is a nice and considerate person. Highly recommend if you want a quite property in the heart of city town. Thanks for everything Danny. Looking forward to seeing you again. :)

Danny's place is almost downtown and it's just a five minutes walk to reach some really nice bars, restaurants and attractions. We stayed here for a week during a show at the Salt Lake Convention Center, and you can also easily walk there. I loved his place, because of its retro style and the best thing is it's even very cool in summer inside. The check in was very uncomplicated and Danny is a great guy who was always asking and caring during our stay. If i ever come back, i would stay there again.

Danny's place is minimal, but met our needs. Only gave four stars on cleanliness as trash cans were full upon checking in. Danny was great to communicate with and pictures are true to apartment. Danny was flexible with us with checking in and needing to stay an extra day. Would stay here again! There is a great grocery store within a block and nice coffee shop next door!

Biggest pro for this place is the location. If you want walking distance to Temple Square, City Creek, and other downtown SLC locations, this is a great value. The apartment is decorated in a fun and eclectic way. Not much space for your own stuff in there but you can make do like we did. This is a half-basement level apartment and does not get very much natural light. Lots of exposed pipes which clang and click, but that is what you get in an old building. Cleanliness was sub-par in our opinion.

Danny's place is a great downtown location with bare-bones essentials needed for a great stay.

Apartment is centrally located and convenient to downtown. Building however is old and has many cranks and quirks.
