This beautiful & unique designed studio is 1 of 7 exclusive apartments for couples or solo travelers. Located in the heart of La Fortuna, just 3 blocks from DOWNTOWN. Conveniently close to all attractions but also away from noisy streets. The space
The studio is in the second level of a 3-floor building, so for getting into this lodging, you have to use the stairs.
The beautiful front garden, on the first level, it was carefully designed to set Jacuzzis, each one assigned to each studio, so one of them will be for your exclusive use, during the stay. The Jacuzzis are separated by lush vegetation, so it offers a separate space BUT NOT ISOLATED from the others, which means it is an outdoor and open area with limited privacy. We prefer to be clear about this detail since clients might think the Jacuzzis are in an isolated private area and they are not.
Once inside of the apartment, you will discover an unique and well designed place, from walls with beautiful textures to unique custom made furniture, combining wood, concrete and steel to get a quiet, cozy and comfortable atmosphere.
The interior features: KING SIZE BED with orthopedic mattress looking for your best rest, KITCHENETTE including: (double hot plate, toaster, microwave, blender, coffeemaker, fridge, all needed cookware, crockery and cutlery. Additionally, in the kitchenette you will always find coffee, tea, oil, sugar and salt) and a small dining table. The bathroom offers hot water on shower, hairdryer & all basic toiletries (towels, cotton swabs, shampoo, shower gel)
Additionally, a powerful A/C cools the entire space, so you do not have to be worried about our humidity levels, then a 40" Smart TV and high speed internet service (100/100m.b.p.s) expand our offer for those working travelers and millennials with special needs of high speed connectivity.

The neighborhood is safe as well as quiet (a family area, parents with children and touristic workers walking around all day and night). We have also security cameras places along our street and connected to our local police office. I think we are in a very organized neighborhood trying to cover up from all possible way to offer a safer area for all of us..
What it makes a special area, it is the kindness from all our neighbors, you can see them always with a smile on their faces and they will always greet you and will help you if you need anything.
One of our closest neighbors is a small farmer a hard worker person and dad of a 5 years old charming boy. Another of our closest neighbors is a constructor worker and some others work on hot springs resorts.
There are street lights along the sidewalk from downtown to the apartment, it is safe to walk anytime at night but in case that you decide to walk late late night, try to do it at least with another person, otherwise you can take a taxi (it is not because the area is dangerous at night but because it is better if you do not expose yourself to a potential dangerous situation). I have never seen nor heard about any assault in the neighborhood, but as I always say, extra protection never hurts.

Hola! I'm Erick I was born and raised in this beautiful country COSTA RICA!!
I would say that I'm a passionate nature lover (I'm always thinking how to decorate the apartments with lots of plants and pots).
I studied Computer Engineering (I assure you that you will not have problems with the internet in the apartments :-) ) and currently I'm renting 9 different apartments equipped, all of them located in La Fortuna town and all of them rented 100% to Airbnb travelers. I started a year ago with the rent of the apartments but my older brother and my parents started with the business several years ago (do not be surprised if you see any similar apartment, it could be my brother Roy Jiménez).
I always try to give the best in order to reach your satisfaction and expectations, it's been the key all over this years and now my goal is to become a Super Host.
I hope to keep doing things better and if you decide to stay in one of my apartments, my commitment will be to offer the best Costarican experience.

I give my guests space, but I am available when needed, I normally use to be in town but for sure I will be ALWAYS AVAILABLE through my phone.
Before, during and after booking one of our places, please do not hesitate to send me a message about anything you consider that you need advice or anything else you need. I know very well La Fortuna since I used to work for tour operators and hotels few years ago, so I know very well how to save some money if you are on a tight budget, I can give you great suggestions if you looking to know a bit more about our culture, typical food and traditions, I can recommend you wonderful places to visit, out of touristic path. I am a super open mind, so there is no topic limitation.
Once the reservation is finally confirmed, I will send you a link to access a online-document that I created with more details about how to get to the apartment, check in process and recommendations about where to eat, what to do, etc. In the reviews, clients normally say it is a super useful information to prepare things ahead on time.
