The space

This Beautiful 2 Bedroom top floor apartment is situated in the quiet area of the historic and lively town Paphos (Pafos). The charm of this apartment is its open living area with 4 terraces from the living and bedroom area. The infinity swimming pool and garden areas offer a place to sunbathe and relax with ample sunbeds, umbrellas and picnic seating provided. The property is in excellent condition having been built in 2008 and comes fully furnished and equipped with everything you could need for a vacation.

LIVING AREA:
Open plan design with kitchen, dinning and living areas which will accommodate 4 people. Large Flatscreen TV and Sky TV are included. Air Conditioning in every room.

KITCHEN:
The kitchen benefits from Granite worktops and high-end luxury German appliances from Miele. Dishwasher, cooking and full washing and drying facilities are available in the apartment. A range of kitchenware is provided so that you can enjoy cooking and dining.

BEDROOMS:
Bedroom 1 benefits from a double bed with an en-suite shower room.
Bedroom 2 offers 2 single beds that can be put together and create one large bed.

Main Bathroom – contains a bath with an over-shower.

POOL:
A beautifully kidney shaped infinity pool surrounded by a small garden area offers a great place to sunbathe and relax. There are toiilets and shower rooms beside the pool area for your convenience.
The front terraces of the property afford you a view of the pool.


PARKING:
We have a private undercover parking space included for you. There is
additional parking on the road area outside the apartment block.

The apartment is looked after by a local professional property management team who keep it spotless and well maintained and will arrange for check in and checkout.

LOCATION:
Apartment is located in a quiet private area, Universal Area. It is a 15-20 minute walk to the beach area.

Paphos town centre and the old town are walking distance away, where you will find shopping, cosy restaurants and beach walks.

It takes 20 minutes drive (15km) from Paphos International Airport, with direct flights from all major airports from as little as 25 pounds each way (see (URL HIDDEN) for some great deals).

Local bus stop is 5 min walk for the apartment. With 30 new busses it really is a fantastic service, covering coral bay, waterpark, paphos and locally.

Local bars + Restaurants (+5 locally) – 5-10 min walk.
Local bus stop - 5 min walk.
Local Shops (2 x supermarkets) – 5 min walk.
Harbour – 15-20 min walk.
Waterpark (great for Kids) – 10 mins car or 15 min bus.

WHAT TO DO IN PAPHOS?
Paphos offer a variety of thing to do: You can spend your time
enjoying the sun and the sea, explore the archaeological sites, or just enjoy the many bars, clubs and restaurants available in Paphos. Paphos is truly a YEAR ROUND holiday resort with blue sky and sunshine for more days of the year than most places in Europe.

There are beaches in Paphos, but we recommend Coral Bay - Blue Flag award winning sandy beache with th crystal clear, warm water of the Mediterranean allowing to swim sometimes up until Christmas.

Paphos is on the UNESCO List of World Cultural Heritage. The Tombs of the Kings is one of the attractions to see and many other historical sites as well as the mosaics near the harbour and the old town with its interesting buildings and market.

You will find many bars & restaurants in Paphos and surrounding coastal areas, ranging from traditional greek tavernas tp smart new bars and cafes. The historic harbour area is worth visiting for its ambience, the cafes and bars and a chance to see the Venetian fort and nearby Mosaics. Regular boat hire and/or boat trips are offered from the harbour area.
Enjoy SPA treatments or golf, or take a diving course.
Sea Caves and Akamas reserve are well worth a visit and the Troodos
Mountains are spectacular to drive through at the peak of Mount Olympus.
Why not take a car and drive around on the island and explore small villages. There is plenty to do and see in Paphos.

Please note that there is a security deposit of 200 pounds to protect against any damages or breakages. This will be returned to you upon departure assuming no damage.

Nice, well appointed apartment. We only stayed for 4 nights but had everything we could need. Only problem was with the pool- not enough sun beds for the apartments so it is a bit of a race in the morning. Comfy beds though, nice views, clean apartment.

Felt very welcome and the property was immaculately clean and tidy. Surpassed our expectations! No tourist neighbours so no stag do's or hen nights ensured a quiet night in when we wanted it. New TV box wasn't very good, but as the notes say, SKY no longer works with UK channels so this was their only alternative. Just had to not watch the news for a few days and sunbathe instead.

We really enjoyed our stay at Ella's apartment, it has all mod cons and is very light and airy with lovely balconies. The swimming pool was a great addition and complex nice and quiet! The manager was very accommodating, one of the light bulbs had gone and we couldn't figure out how to change it, he came ASAP and done it for us :) he also let us check out a little later which really helped and we appreciated a lot! We either missed or didn't receive the welcome pack email which led to trouble finding the property, however this was just miscommunication and I am only writing this to advise other people to make sure you have this for ease of finding!

It's a nice,comfortable flat. You definitely need a car unless you enjoy daily long walks. Three balconies in total, very nice. You can enjoy your breakfast on one of them in the shade. Water was provided as welcome gift, very nice touch! A hover would have been good. Some small holes in mosquito nets on balcony doors, some ceiling fans only worked with light on. All in all: Definitely had a good time here.

A day prior to arriving into Cyprus I reached out via AirBNB messenger with our flight details to Ella, who I have yet to meet. Anyhow, no response was given. We arrived in the next day and I now tried calling the numbers listed. Nothing. Thank God I read some of the reviews where some mentioned it was managed by a property management company, but their numbers were also unreachable. I had to call the UK to finally get someone to talk to, who quickly sent me the instructions/address on how to get in, all just in time for our arrival to Ella's place. The apartment is quite nice with all the amenities. The pool area is also quite nice. The area is quite residential and so a rental car is a must. It take 35 minutes to walk into town (which we did do one time). There is a Thrifty Car Rental a short 10 minute walk away. All in all, if you can make sure someone gives you instructions before your arrival, you will enjoy your stay.
