The space
The shared space is pretty sweet as well; there's a full bathroom, kitchen with coffee, tea, filtered water, and some space for your stuff.

I live on site, work from home most of the time and clean frequently. I am always available to answer any questions.

Bar table and two stools are set up in the dining area. There’s a multi-purpose roller tray stored in the living room but available for use in guest room.

The living room boasts a 55" 4K Smart TV with a plethora of streaming and antenna channel options. Also a killer stereo system and plush, 7 foot long Italian Leather couch.

Large swamp cooler in the living room that keeps the shared spaces cool all day during summer.

Large backyard with charcoal and gas grills, tables and chairs, even a garden you are welcome to harvest from. There are two other units that share this space.

Guest access
In the house you have access everywhere but one bed room. Both bedrooms have locks for privacy.

It doesn't matter if you drive or use transit, ride shares, rental bikes or scooters. This location is perfect for all methods of getting around. Most nearby places are within a mile, can be a long walk.

During your stay
Oftentimes I am out of the house for the majority of your stay. During daytime it is common for me to come into the shared spaces checking on necessities and grabbing mail, trash, et cetera. I never enter your room without asking first. I usually am a call or message away.

Other things to note
There is block long park right across the street to walk your dog, or jog, et cetera. Please include your pet when booking.

Some summer weekends events take place at the park, during which parking can be limited, but these events end around sunset, cars clear out, overnight & weekdays is never an issue.

The room has fans, a humidifier, space heater, extra pillows & blankets.
