Enjoy a relaxing stay at our inner NE Portland home in the Alberta Arts District. Our house is a fully renovated 1909 bungalow on a quiet street within close access to all the sights. We have three futon beds and a well equipped kitchen.
Our home is a peaceful retreat. Enjoy pleasant afternoons on the covered front porch. Look out on the lush garden full of vegetables and fruit trees.
We have one queen bed and two double beds. We have a beautiful kitchen available for our guests. We have plenty of free, on-street parking in front of the house.
Families are welcome. We have kids books and toys, plus a stroller and a foldable crib. A nice elementary school playground is located three blocks away.
NOTES: Our house is not an appropriate space to host a party; please look for a different location if this is your plan. Out of respect for neighbors in this quiet residential neighborhood, there is no use of outdoor spaces after 9:00pm. If you will be having additional guests at the house, please notify us in advance. Smoking (of any type) is not allowed anywhere on the property including the porches and yard-- Smokers should consider looking for other rentals.
While you are staying with us, you will have private access to the two main floors of our house, including 3 bedrooms, the kitchen, dining room, cozy living room, bathroom and the front porch. The rental does not include access to washer/dryer except in the case of long term rentals.

Make note that our street is narrow and parking is only on one side of the street across from our house, but not directly in front.
We have a strict no smoking and no pets policy anywhere on the property. We charge a minimum extra cleaning fee of $100/each for smoking, pets and or late checkout. No parties are allowed. Inform us of any extra people planning to visit you at the house during your stay. By renting this listing, renter agrees to these rules and fees.
