Bedroom has a Queen bed and convertable armchair which is perfect for little kids, and the second bedroom with sofa bed.
Kitchen has everything for short and long stay vacations.
Bathroom has shower cubicle, washbasin, floor with heating.
There are room dividers, with doors, and they are also separated by a long hallway. Comfortably sleeps 4 people. It's right on the first floor, no walking up stairs! There is washing machine. The apartment is right next to Ural Federal University and Opera House.
Perfect for tourists, it's 10 minutes walk to main square of 1905 year.
It´s 2 minute walk to public transport and cafes, bars and restaurants. 7 minutes to walk to big supermarket. Very secure area!!!
Also we could pick you up from the airport, 20$ one way and 30 round trip transfer from and to airport.
We speak English, Spanish and Russian.
