Our two storey attached chalet (84m2) has a separate entrance with a storage room. On the ground floor, we have a very cozy living room with log burning stove and dining area, fully equipped kitchen, double bedroom, separate toilet and bathroom. On the upper floor, we have a mezzanine with a single bed and a sofa bed, a second bathroom, and a second bedroom with two single beds, a pull out bed, a sofa bed, a desk and a small balcony. Our terrace of the living room has panoramic views.

Our chalet is best suited for 6 persons. We have baby/toddler equipment available upon request (cot, highchair and changing mat). Free Wifi. Filter coffee maker and Senseo coffee machine.

We will welcome you with a small gift and an information booklet. Beds will have been made and bath and kitchen towels provided. The kitchen will be stocked with coffee, tea, sugar, spices and necessary cleaning materials. In the bathrooms, you will find small toiletries. There are enough cupboards and storage in every room and mezzanine to put away clothing and other personal items.

COVID 19 REGULATIONS

The chalet will be cleaned following French government Covid 19 cleaning and sanitary requirements. Covid 19 items such as masks, disinfectant, etc. will be provided.

Guests are asked to leave the chalet as found.

Neighbourhood highlights

Our chalet is in the Scandinavian like village l'Hameau de Flaine situated at 1800m. The centre of Flaine is a 25 minutes downhill walk or also reachable by bus/car in 5 minutes. L'Hameau has panoramic views on the Flaine ski area (1800 - 2500 m and 265 kms slopes). Our Chalet is just a few metres away from a restaurant/bar, a small local supermarket store and a ski rental shop. Alternatively, it's only a 10 minute walk to a bigger supermarket, other restaurants and a spa.
For skiers/snowboarders, the slopes are a 10 minute walk away and when there is enough snow you can even just start skiing from our chalet. Flaine also offers a free ski bus, our chalet is only 5 minutes walk to first stop.
Flaine is run as a resort; restaurants and shops are only open during ski season (mid December - beginning of May, see website Flaine) and summer season (July - August). When you want to come outside of these months, you have to do your shopping and dining in Les Carroz, a 15 minutes drive away.
In the summer and early autumn, Flaine is a beautiful place especially for hikers, nature lovers, fishing and people enjoying peace and quiet.
