Beautiful, historic waterfront 4 seasons home located in the village of North Hatley, Quebec. Newly renovated with brand new kitchen , two new bedrooms-one with private bath.
Private beach and dock on the shores of Lake Massawippi, over an acre of land, huge screened in porch, and much more. Short walk into the village. The house is close to all the ski hills including Jay Peak, USA. Comfortably sleeps 10 people. Working fireplace and beautiful furnishings. North Hatley charm at it's finest!
The space
Incredibly beautiful, perfectly located home in the village but with private waterfront. Very high end and done top to bottom. Full reno in 2022, brand new kitchen with a La Cornue oven. You wont find anything nicer than the Lake House.
Other things to note
Remove outdoor shoes before walking in the house
- Take out garbage and recycling and put in bins before leaving
- No smoking anywhere on the property
- Replace BBQ cover if using BBQ
