● Guests will have exclusive use of the entire top 2 floors of the house
● The lower garden level of the house is occupied by Fiona the owner of the house. This is separate from your own exclusive space that you'll stay in at Seasyde House.
● A small section of the garden to the right of the house is not accessible to guests, and this area is clearly indicated with signage.
● All private areas of the house are clearly marked with signage
● Guests will have access to free parking in front of the house
● Seasyde House is spread over two levels.

Check-in Information:
Meet and Greet between 3 pm and 6 pm. If you are arriving out-with these times, alternative arrangements can be discussed. You will be sent check-in information three days prior to arrival.

The owner is pleased to offer hotel-standard hospitality services and provide high-quality linens, towels, bathroom essentials, and professional cleaning services.

∗Please note that no children under the age of 12 years old of age are permitted to be unsupervised in the house (height of 1st floor banister) or grounds (location near The River Tay) due to health and safety reasons.

I was born in 1965 and have three wonderful sons in their 20's and a livily father approaching 90. I adore the red squirrels that my mother bred at Seasyde and my hens too. I practise all sorts of relaxing therapies in my Mongolian yurt in beautiful Seasyde garden on the banks of the Tay estuary. I love to share my house and welcome like-minded guests of all nationalities to share the tranquil beauty of where i live.
