The space
The apartment is about 40 square meters. (All of the below listed are inside the price you booked through the Airbnb platform and there are no extra charges)
We start with the 4-point lock security door that will shield it behind it in partnership with your high-tech entry camera. Leave your postal cards with the recipient's address in the letter box and we will send them to you.
Entering the apartment on your left hand is the toilet and right across the room, there in front of you is the living room and a little further the balcony door that leads you to the terrace which has awnings for shade.
The bedroom you will love it, has around columns with glass bricks and it is very bright and cheerful, it is painted with ecological colors in two shades of blue, the air conditioning will give you a wonderful sleep. In the closet of the room you will find the safe box, the umbrellas, disposable raincoats (one size) the electric blanket and various other useful things.....from headphones to pharmacy and digital pressure gauge.
The WC is very simple in appearance but made with great care since the smear of the masonry is made by hand with materials white cement,sea sand, grated straw, lime and resin, at the end we tripped it with seawater, the shower is quite large for two people together, the floor placed tiles concrete handmade and made one really in the hand, so everything is different from each other. The two different concrete tiles at the beginning of the bathroom are from my old stone house located here in the village and is one of the most beautiful old houses of Afitos (located opposite the church of the Archangels in the corner and on the ground floor has shops).
The water for the shower is heated by our sun!
On the wall there is a hair dryer from the Swiss company Valera.
In the "small laundry" of the terrace you will find the washing machine that will clean your clothes.
In the inox sink (of the balcony) you can hand wash your swimwear or some clothes that you are in a hurry to wear again or simply choose the quick program in the washing machine 30 minutes.
On the terrace you will also find the barbeque where you will be judged on whether you are good to bake or not. Attention! The grill coals are ONLY lit inside the aluminum tray and never outside it! After using the barbecue you should clean it and leave it in the condition we delivered it to you.
Shelves-closets are everywhere so you can arrange your things as you would at home!
Most of the decorations you will find in the spaces are really unique!
In the small kitchen you will find more kitchen gadgets than you think!
A PlayStation 3 for the men of the group, FIFA or something more adventurous? (over 15 game titles for all ages), charge the controllers with the cable you will find there because you will stay out of the game.
For those who stay in tonight for a movie, there is a "movie corner" next to the couch where you can make your own popcorn, candy floss and hot dog

You can arrange your shoes in the shoe racks, there are 2 in the space. They fit so many pairs of shoes that it's impossible to fill them. In the drawer you will find a clothes brush and a shoehorn.
Straight ahead as you enter is the sofa bed that comfortably sleeps two large people, plenty of pillows to hug, bite, or throw at each other or hug and watch movies.
The sofa is directly opposite the TV.
In the bedroom there is a wooden classic guitar and harmonica, a very nice idea is to go down to the beach at night with the guitar, the harmonica, and a bag of beers from the supermarket, before tuning the guitar because at sea even the butterflies will laugh. Gather small sticks for fire, but beware: if your voice is the same as the donkey's bray, then forget all this and go for a crepe in the square or for a coffee on the balcony to save it.
There are 2 smoke detectors in the house (the kitchen one is toast proof) and smoking is strictly forbidden!!
Next to the kitchen we managed to fit a small coffee corner with various types of coffee, coffee makers and a milk frother.

At the info kiosk there are store cards, maps of the area, food delivery, doctor, buses. You will also find a multi charger that will charge up to 6 devices at the same time quickly and safely.
There is a very large collection of foreign literature in the room's library and some in the living room.
The windows of the apartment should be closed during the operation of the air conditioning! The air conditioning will go into safe mode if the apartment's windows are open.

The canoe-kayak is transported at your own risk to the beach, it is not for use to people under the age of 22. The use of life jackets is mandatory. The canoe-kayak is strictly open from 08:00 to 15:00! The canoe-kayak has 4 seats. 2 adults and 2 children. It has two oars, carrying handles, luggage net. Its dimensions are 340.5 cm long. 84cm wide. 220kg capacity.
Equipped with 2 comfortable seats for adults and 2 seats for children, it can carry a weight of up to 220 kg.
The kayak is made with the blow-molded technique and with high density polyethylene (HDPE) which makes it very strong, has UV protection and is resistant to impacts.
It sails well and is very stable due to the 84 cm width and the square stern.
With fixed handles from the mold, it will be very easy to transport.
The 2 + 2 kayak offers many features, such as multiple foot positions, folding backrest, child handle, rubber in the "trunk" and cup holders.

The canoe kayak is in our own space outside the apartment and after consultation you load it from there and return it there again.
Your car should have a luggage rack on the roof so you can tie it on it.
You can also carry it by hand, but it will tire you out due to its weight, the return from the sea by hand will be more difficult due to the uphill climb.

The hours 15:00-17:00 and 00:00-07:00 are where they should be quiet because it is a regulation. Try to keep the apartment clean.
Our village, Athytos, has a huge problem with water, you should know that the water supply network at certain times of the day has very low water pressure. Avoid long showers because the water may sometimes run out suddenly!
In case the water supply has run out, then you will have to wait until the water tank is filled.
It is advisable to use the dishwasher and washing machine after 23:00 when the water pressure increases and the appliances work smoothly
Wipe the floor from the water because it is synthetic wood (laminate)
Special attention to using the PlayStation, put the game trays in their box and grab them with care and clean hands.
The house is equipped with a smart home system and there are sensors in the space that perceive your presence and when you put the air conditioning in operation it will create the best environment for you, all the switches of the house are from tempered glass and touch....you just touch them, along with the key of the apartment you will be given a small remote control with which you will have access to the alarm system so that when you leave you can use it, the hot water is from a system that works with the sun, also will be given one more key which will be for the safe box, in this you will be able to put your personal belongings.
In the living room there is a safety lighting that will illuminate you in case of electricity failure.
The room payment is made ONLY through the Airbnb website.
You can use the washing machine as well as the dishwasher.
Any damage you cause will be assessed and you will have to compensate for it.

The air conditioning works ONLY with the doors and windows closed.
There is an entrance camera for security reasons.
Tap water is drinkable and clean.
Access to the sea is by car or on foot, the distance is about 7-10 minutes from a small path next to Bar Fortuna.
When you leave the apartment, turn off the air conditioning and all the lights.
Inside the apartment there is a first aid pharmacy, various bandages, hot water bottles, thermometer, instant ice pack, sewing kit, liquid wax for shoes in three colors, rain umbrellas (2), safe box, baby plug protectors, clothes steamer, shoehorn, 1 pair of shoe molds, step, iron and ironing board, laundry detergents and cleaning products in general.
You may use all of the above at your own risk, we do not bear any responsibility in the event of injury or drowning or intoxication. Keep small children away from sharp or tiny objects or detergents! Don't leave the children alone on the balcony! If you have young children, place the protective plug lids that you will find inside the drawer in the hallway. In the bathroom, take special care because there are water and water vapor and there is a risk of falling, the use of slippers-swipes suitable.
The bus stop is about 7-10 minutes away and is located on the main road Right across from the KAOIL gas station. All the kassandra around is about 100 km and worth the circle to see the beauties of our place.
In the village of Agia Paraskevi you will find the very famous thermal baths which have healing properties and have visitors from all over Europe, do not hesitate to ask us anything you want.
Thessaloniki is 80 km away and there is transportation almost every hour and a little more sparse in the winter.
Drive nicely and carefully because the roads are very narrow and there are several parts of the road that are very wet and slippery early in the morning!
If you choose to go for a swim in some part of the beach with stones to use special water shoes (there are in the shops of the village and their price is particularly low) because there is a large risk of stepping on a sea urchin or injuring yourself in sharp stones.
Avoid sun exposure (in the hours of 14:00-17:30) especially children, use sunscreen, umbrellas, often enter the sea and drink a lot of fluids.
