Newly remodeled 2-Bedroom, 2-Bathroom, 1,400 Sq ft split-level with large private balcony off the master bedroom and living room, overlooking the Ocean. Kitchen with granite counters, spacious dining area. Floor to ceiling windows. 2 Parking Spaces. Easy beach access (5 - 7 minutes walk) & close to Getty Villa. 7- minute drive to Santa Monica Pier.

This property is a Great location directly across the street from the beach and next to the Getty Villa. Just a 7-minute drive to Santa Monica, and 5 minutes to Pacific Palisades Village.
1 King in the primary bedroom. The 2nd bedroom can be made up as either 1 King or 2 Single beds.

All Utilities, WiFi, Cable TV, Linens & Towels, Parking are included in the rental.

NO Air Conditioning, but the beach climate is moderate and we provide fans in every room.

NOTE - All Guests are required to sign and agree to our House Rules at check-in. Any violation of the House Rules will result in forfeiture of Security Deposit: $2,000
No Smoking - anywhere on the premises, inside, balcony, common areas, and parking area.
No Parties, No Unauthorized Guests, No gatherings or guests other than the designated authorized guests given before check-in.

This is a beautiful, quiet and peaceful building. The rules are strictly enforced. Smoke-free property inside and outside, including the balcony!

Mid-stay cleanings required on stays of 3-weeks or longer. The cost is $165. We can schedule the cleanings at your convenience.

All Guests are required to provide Government issued Photo ID at check-in.
All Guests are required to SIGN and AGREE to our House RULES at check-in.

HOUSE RULES:
- No Smoking anywhere on the property, including the balcony!
- No Parties
- No Pets
- No Noise Disturbances
- No Unauthorized Guests
- Maximum Occupancy 5 - First and Last names of all Occupants required, including children. $25 extra per night for 5th guest. Rates based on 4.
- Guest is responsible for returning Garage opener.
$200 replacement fee for each item lost or not returned.
- Guest is responsible for leaving the property in the same condition at time of check-out as it was at check-in.

ANY SMOKING, UNAUTHORIZED PETS, DISTURBANCE TO NEIGHBORS IN THE BUILDING, OR ANY VIOLATION OF THE RENTAL AGREEMENT AND PROPERTY RULES WILL RESULT IN FORFEITURE OF SECURITY DEPOSIT: $2,000
