The living room is accented by a 55-inch Smart UHD TV with surround sound, a Bose SoundLink Bluetooth Speaker, and a cozy fireplace, while the adjacent game room features a custom eight-foot pool table. Spend your days swimming in the private pool, unwinding in the spillover spa, and napping in the sunshine on the cushioned lounge chairs. At night, you'll find three bedrooms in the main house - one with a king-size bed, one with a queen-size bed, and one with two double beds. The separate casita houses the fourth bedroom and the third bathroom, offering a king-size bed, a mini-fridge, a microwave, and a Keurig.
