The space
If you´re looking for a time of peace and relaxing this is the ideal place for a tropical vacation on the ocean. Located 40 minutes from Mérida.
This property is located in Tropical Riviera, one short block off the beach, 3 bedroom, 3 bath private home is located in Uaymitun, the mostexclusive neighbourhood of the area and definitely the one with the
most beautiful beaches. It offers tranquil environment.
Public transportation goes by right behind the house every 20 minutes towards Chicxulub, Progreso and Mérida. Having a car is not necessary
however it would make your stay more comfortable.

The locals at Chicxulub are very friendly and you can find there most
of the services: laundry, telephone, internet, market (meat,
seafood, veggies, etc), video store, etc.

Uaymitún
Uaymitún is the premiere property area, featuring nice homes, many amenities. This area also has a flamingo sanctuary. It takes about 12 minutes to drive from Uaymitún to Chicxulub. There are no stores or services in this stretch, but there is public transportation from Mérida into Chicxulub and Progreso.
