'La Minicasa' cottage is ideally situated on the beach of LA PRENEUSE, BLACK-RIVER with warm calm sea lapping the beach in front of you.
The cottage has 2 bedrooms both of which are en-suite with free standing showers. It offers an open plan kitchen leading onto a lovely veranda with superb views of the sea and the famous Le Morne mountain.

The space
Situated right on the beach with uninterrupted views. The sunsets are breathtaking. The cottage is cleaned daily (except Sundays & public holidays). Swimming & snorkeling is extremely safe for the whole family. The temperature of the sea is ideal for swimming all year round. The cottage is ideally situated a short+- 10 min walk from supermarkets & restaurants.

la mincasa is serviced in the morning 2 hrs 2x a week.
Electricity is charged separately..the meter is read on arrival &
morning of departure..the amount consumed to be paid in cash to the host.
NB: Please note as from 1st October,2025, Mauritius has introduce a Tourist Tax of EUR 3 per person per night for visitors from 12 years old . The purpose is to finance the durable development of tourism & infracstructure locally. This tax will be directly perceived by the accomodation establishement (hotels, gites, tourism residences) and repaid then to the Mauritius Revenue Authority. (MRA).
