The pool and gym may, or may not be available during your stay as the pool can be booked for private events.
Located on a 104 sqm, gated CORNER lot in Mansfield Residences Angeles City, a secure community complete with roving guards and CCTV surveillance. The house is fully air conditioned. The whole house except for one storage room, is available for use. There is a large garden/parking area that can fit up to three cars.
The space
Once you book with us, we will need some details for your stay:
1. Please send us a copy of your ID via Airbnb message
2. Let us know of the date and expected time of arrival
3. Iron and hair dryer available upon request. Please use ironing board only with the iron. Burns on furniture and sheets will be charged.
Inform us before your check in if you need these items so we can prepare them for you.
Cable television is currently available at the unit. Change source to hdmi1 and cast netflix from your device. You may use your own or our pre installed account.
We have dedicated internet for the entire unit at 114mbps fiber connection.
We make sure you will have the basic needs for your stay which includes a fully functional kitchen, comfortable and cozy sleeping quarters, relaxing living and dining areas and a bathroom.
Automatic washing machine is provided for you. Please use it with care and refrain from placing objects on top. Remove small objects from your clothing before use, especially coins since these can jam and eventually break the machine.
Please message if you are unsure about how to use it.
You will have plenty of parking space, the entire corner is ours. Please feel free to park within the gate.
Amenities such as the playground, basketball court, gym, game room and pool, is just a short walk away. Convenience stores are also nearby.
For food delivery, you can try Grab Food, Mangan or Food Panda.
Our home is regularly cleaned, vacuumed, sheets, linens and towels freshly laundered and restocked for each guest. Drinking water is also provided.
You will need to surrender an ID at the gate to enter the subdivision as the house is in a secure gated community. If you want to use the pool or gym they may ask for the house address.
Guest access
To get to the home you will have to pass through a gated subdivision and guardhouse. Best let us know of your arrival time so we may communicate with the guards. Our home is on a corner lot with lots of parking space.
In the community you are allowed access to the onsite gym, pool, playground and basketball court which is only a short walk away. During the pandemic these may or may not be available, depending on local government instruction.

Note that our basic rate is for 4 guests, above which we will charge extra. Please let us know the exact number of guests so we may prepare extra beddings and towels if necessary.
You can make use of any of the consumables in the house. Please leave any excess consumables neatly for the next guest and refrain from taking items with you or out of the house.
Keep the place clean, this is our own personal home which we built on hard work and love. We are still working on ways to improve and develop our humble home so we hope you will understand why things are the way they are.
Conserve water and energy whenever you can and please report any leaks or running water immediately. Garbage is segregated bio-degradable and non-biodegradable and collected MWF three times a week. There are regular roving guards to ensure safety. If you wish to make use of the amenities in the community, simply present the vouchers we have provided. Remember though that certain amenity areas may be closed on particular dates for cleaning and maintenance.
