The space
The Penthouse Apartment is a stand-alone studio unit with one bathroom. Fast ADSL (Broadband) Internet is available.

Living area:
The spacious living area includes comfortable seating and a flat-screen TV with access to satellite channels and DVD player. There is a CD system for playing your favourite music.

The living area opens up onto a balcony overlooking the Constantia Valley. There is direct access to the shared solar-heated swimming pool and solar-heated jacuzzi on the property.

Kitchen:
The kitchen has a hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, washing machine and all necessary cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery.

Bedrooms:
There is a queen bed in the living area. A fold-out bed is available for a child over the age of 10. The room offers plenty of clothing storage space.

The bathroom has a shower and toilet. Towels and swimming towels are provided.
