Apartment at the fourth floor of a building with elevator, located in a quiet residential part of the town, near to the center, well served by public transport.
Three bedrooms, double living room, fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms one with bath and the other one with a shower, two terraces.
All the bedrooms are double rooms.
Direct access to bathroom with shower and air conditioned are provided only in one bedroom.
Central heating with radiators, hot water with a gas boiler.
The kitchen is equipped with oven, gas hob, washing machine and dishwasher.
Guests can make use of food staples, dishwasher detergent and other little things.
Florence map, updated informations about tour and events in the city will provided.
For celiac disease I can provide some gluten free food and a lot of information about supermarkets, restaurants and where to eat a good italian pizza.
Entire apartment, not shared.
Each bedroom can accommodate up to two guests.
Requests to sleep in separate bedrooms or to use a double bed, instead of a single bed, will be accepted only if the price will be increased by an amount equal to an additional guest per room.
If the number of guests is less than the maximum capacity of the apartment, the rooms in surplus will be closed.
Babies and kids are considered as guests if they need a bed to sleep in.
The bedrooms equipped with double bed, on request can be supplied with two single beds.
Guests must provide identity documents and pay tourist taxes at the check in (see below)
From 1 July 2011 the City of Florence by resolution of the City Council No. 230/33 of 06.20.2011, integrated by resolution No. 21/2012, has established the “'tourist tax”.
The tax is applied to non-residents overnight stays in the city of Florence and for a maximum of 7 consecutive nights.
The tax rate for this tourist structure is 2,50 euro per person per night.
There are the following exemptions:
a) children up to twelve years old ;
b) people who care for patients admitted to local hospitals, including outpatient care, for a maximum of two assistants per patient;
c) patients who make hospital care in outpatient care;
d) students of the University of Florence
It is also provided a 50% reduction of the tourist tax in the following cases:
a) groups of lower and upper secondary schools in Florence in teaching visit;
b) athletes under the age of 16 years, members of groups participating in sporting events and tournaments organized in collaboration with the Municipal Administration

The apartment comes with everything you need:
- free wi-fi (ask for the password);
- sheets and towels;
- all kitchen supplies (including toaster and coffee maker);
- washing machine;
- iron and iron table;
- AC (only in one bedroom)
In order to guarantee everyone a peaceful and serene stay in the apartment we ask to follow few basic rules of behavior.
For the respect of neighbors and other guests, please:
-no smoking inside the house;
-do not disturb neighbors, especially during the night;
-turn off air conditioning when out of the apt and during the night;
-turn off lights when out of the apt;
-maintain in order the common areas;
-keep clean bathroom, sheets, dishes and furniture;
-do not lay clothes dripping from the rear balcony;
-do not lay clothes from the front balcony
Services not provided during the stay:
-service-daily cleaning and bed making;
-daily linen replacement service;
Services provided during the stay:
-provision of bed linen and towels;
No extra guest or visitors is allowed in the house excepted those who reserved.
In case of loss of house keys will be charged € 70 as a contribution to change the lock.
