•Stroll the streets and find some of Albuquerque’s best food and world-class breweries awaiting around the corner. I've lived in the area for years and absolutely love it.
•Sleeps 4 comfortably with a queen size bed as well as a futon.

•One of 18 units in the building with secured entry both into the building and the unit.

•A full bath with basic bathroom toiletries (soap, shampoo, conditioner, towels/wash cloths, etc.)

•Kitchen stocked with all cooking and dining necessities (pots, pans, dishes, etc.) and appliances, including microwave, fridge, and brand new stainless steel dishwasher and oven.

•In-unit washer and dryer making this the perfect unit for long-term stays.

•No need to worry about parking in this bustling area, as the unit comes with 1 on-street parking pass

•55" television including Xbox 360 with access to Hulu, Netflix, and various Xbox games.
