This spacious three bedroom upstairs apartment is all yours for a summer getaway at sunny Ohope Beach. Just one block back from the beach itself, you'll be just minutes walk away from surf and sand. Plus for those of you with a boat, the Ohope Boat Ramp and harbour, is just a few minutes drive.

The space
With spacious upstairs living three bedrooms and decks front and back there's no shortage of space for families, or if you're just wanting to get away with your special someone, the quiet of Ohope Beach is the place to be. Front and rear decks.
(Please note we have a separate unit downstairs which has the garden area at the front.)

Carport and parking on the back section

Guest access
Entire top level of house consisting of kitchen, living area, sun porch, three bedrooms, bathroom and separate toilet. Front and rear decks. Garaging and rear section for parking.
(Bottom level is completely separate, occupied by one adult and has its own garden area.)

Other things to note
There is one flight of stairs. The driveway is 3 metre wide, with fence and house to either side, so if you are wanting to park your boat please keep this in mind. There is plenty of room at the rear of the section to turn around though.

We have lived in the Bay of Plenty for 30 years, and love the surf sun and sand. We enjoy walking up Mt Maunganui, riding, hiking, and skiing over at Mt Ruapehu
