Located in Midway, Utah. Steps away from the crater at the Homestead and across the street from Zermatt. Minutes to Soldier Hollow and skiing. This new 3 bedroom, 3 ½ bath home provides beautiful views of the valley and is surrounded by amazing outdoor activities.

The space
Less then 15 minutes to the gondola at Deer Valley, 3 minutes to Midway Town Square with ice skating in winter, Swiss Days in summer, and many other activities year round. Midway to so beautiful and quaint, once you visit you start planning a time to return. This home sits within walking distance of the Homestead (summer concerts, hot pots, golf) and Zermatt (great food, spa, ski and razor rentals)

Living Area:
Enjoy the view - three decks give multiple views of the beauty that surrounds you. Two upper-level decks and one large deck on the main level.
Two gas fireplaces located on each level makes for a cozy evening in. 70-inch television in the upstairs family room along with a second kitchen is perfect for movie night.
Kitchen and Dining:
Stainless steel appliances with gas stove, kitchenaid mixer, and coffee maker. Dining table for six and three barstools around the island.
Bedrooms and Baths:
This home sleeps up to 8 people comfortably between the three rooms and a set of bunk beds in the upper common area.
On the main level a master bedroom with king size bed, television, and an ensuite bathroom with jetted tub, and separate shower.
On the second level a second master bedroom with king size bed, ensuite bath with soaking tub and separate shower. Also, a large walk-in closet where a port-a-crib is stored.
A second bedroom on the upper level has a queen size bed, desk and full bath just down the hall.

Parking for 4 cars, two in garage and two in parking spots in front of home. Wi-Fi and Cable, washer and dryer.
