A Lovely cedar wood shingle studio and separate shepherds hut with privacy in a beautiful garden full of bird song, and views to Pentridge hill. The studio has a very comfortable double bed, a sofa and wood burning stove for warmth and cosiness. There is an oval table to sit, eat or work at, surrounded by windows letting the sunlight stream in. The kitchen has is a small cooker and fridge and the basics for simple good cooking. The bathroom has a shower with plenty of hot water.

The space
There are plenty of places to sit about in the garden, enjoying the peace and calm. In the vegetable garden there is a shepherds hut, candle lit with a double bed and small wood burner, a very romantic place to sleep. You can either come and stay as 4 people sharing the studio space as a living area and using the bathroom, or stay as a couple and choose which place you would like to sleep in and I will make beds up accordingly.

Guest access
You can park on the beautiful village green and walk through a gate to your own part of the garden. The village is a beautiful Dorset hamlet and there are plenty of circular walks through fields or shaded woodland. The nearby chalk downland in Martin will have butterflies and skylarks wheeling above. A short 5 minute drive gets you to a local shop in Sixpenny Handley, and the city of Salisbury is 20 mins away.

Other things to note
I'll supply bread from an organic bakery down the road, together with eggs and milk etc to make yourselves a delicious breakfast. We can offer you a simple home-made supper, if you'd prefer not to go out, at a price of £15 a head.
