This is one of the few places in the area with a pool.

Every booking includes free protection from Host cancellations, listing inaccuracies, and other issues like trouble checking in.

Exclusive apart on the seafront in a residential complex, overlooking the Gulf of Roses and the Pyrenees, fully equipped for 4 persons with swimming pool, playing room, parking, concierge and close to the most charming villages of Emporda. With a tourist license, it is only available for a few weeks a year, those that we leave free, and the guests who repeat year after year.

The space
The apart is located in an exceptional resort on the sea and overlooking the Pyrenees, in the Alt Emporda area of fishing villages and coves with clear water as Cadaqués, Roses, Port de la Selva, Begur and small and charming medieval villages like Madremanya, Pals, Peratallada or Foixá, castles and quiet and green surroundings, just 3 km from the center of L'Escala, but located in a sea environment and forests and very quiet. By the magic of his views and the Emporda region of Catalunya -the Tuscany I love the sunrises and sunsets from our balcony, and as several of our guests, I´m shure you will come again over the years.

Adults will enjoy the security of being quiet and able to do nothing, with some independence while your kids play in the pool or in the playroom with other vacationers.

L'Escala, Catalonia, Spain

The neighborhood, like L'Escala in gral., have 95% a profile family holiday with children or single adult couples who love nature, good food and history of the area and outdoor sports.

Due to the absence of public transport, we dont´ have adolescent groups alone, those who prefer other cities such as Lloret de Mar or Roses.

The small island located opposite is a well known center for diving and snorkelling, and very close, 500 mts has a beach in Cala Montgo with sand if you come with little children.

If you enjoy sailing and windsurfing, you have at the port two schools that teach and rent small boats like 420, hobbycat, H20, Laser and other sailboats.

Also in the area there are golf courses and trails for hiking and other sports related to nature.

If you like Dalí, 20 km in Figueres is Dali Museum with much of his work.

The weather is usually sunny in July and August, with an average temperature of 26º and a good pleasant water temperature for all water sports.

Unfortunately no pets allowed in public areas of the complex and we prefer with rare exceptions, not accept this in the apartment.

Hola, mi nombre es Bruno, soy arquitecto y mi pareja Luz se desempeña como profesional en el área del turismo. Somos 4 si contamos a Nachito, de casi 4 años, y a Valentina de 19 que viaja con nosotros una vez al año.
Vivimos y trabajamos en BCN y disponemos en alquiler sólo por un tiempo muy corto y en verano, de un hermoso apartamento completamente equipado para 4 personas en L´ Escala, Costa Brava a 40 km de Francia, en primera línea de mar, con unas vistas increíbles al Golfo de Roses.

El resto del año tratamos de disfrutarlo nosotros, es realmente nuestra segunda casa, y es un placer salir de BCN poniendo rumbo al Empordá a relajarnos cada vez que podemos.

Somos viajeros mas que turistas, y eso, entre otras cosas, nos define.

Fortunately, the worst of the Sars-Cov2 pandemic has happened in Spain and we can once again -with precautions-, enjoy our coasts and landscapes outdoors.

However, while this is also our second home, we take extreme precautions so that we all feel protected and safe.

If we used to do an acurate final cleaning , our guests will have at their disposal a sanitizing welcome kit, for everyone's safety.

Fortunately, the sparse environment is a great advantage
and allows you to benefit from wide beaches no more than 4 km away, or go directly down to the sea in front of the apartment, maintaining privacy on the terrace, or the distance on the terraces of the restaurants in the area.

We only use apart from September to June.

Residing in Barcelona, and rent apart only two months in the summer, we don´t stay in the apartment so it is completely available and adapted to the exclusive use of guests.
