SMDC management will charge of additional fee for the following activities;
• P150/pax (regular days) P300/pax (holidays) for the use of swimming pool by the unit guests.
• Basketball and tennis court are for Php200 per hour per session.
• Badminton Court for Php300 per hour per session.
• Function Rooms can be reserved and used for a fee to be arranged at the admin office.
Swimming Pool Rules & Regulations:
(Non compliance will be ask to leave the swimming pool)
• Proper swimming attire is a must; T-shirt and shorts are not allowed in the swimming pool
• Children below 12 yrs. old need to be fully supervised by the parents/ adults
• Clubhouse opens at 8 AM till 10 PM only.
Parking:
• Free Parking In front of Tower 1 to 5 for the first 3 hours (receipt should be validated by the stores) then Php 20 for the succeeding hours
• Back of the Clubhouse for Php100 overnight (single entry)
• Back of the Clubhouse for Php150 overnight (multiple entry)
• Sky Lounge access (Roof deck with 360 view of Batangas, Laguna, Cavite) can be arranged at the reception desk from 8 AM till 6 PM free of charge.
Other things to note
House Rules: (Please read it carefully)
- Outdoor/Indoor pools are available. Please make sure to purchase in advance to avail the one-time pool voucher.
- 360-degree SKY Deck View is now available at Tower 3 Main Deck.
- No pets allowed
- No Parties or Events
- No Smoking inside. If a trace of smoking is found, there will be 1 (one) night additional charge.
- Cooking is not allowed.
- Microwave is available for pre-heating of foods
- Lock & secure the Unit whenever you step out of the unit.
- The Loss of the unit key will be charged to guests at 4,000 pesos.
- Turn off appliances when not in use.
- Vandalism is prohibited
- A Security deposit of 1,000 pesos will be collected upon check-in and refunded before check-out. There should be no damage or disarrangement to any property inside the unit. Please handle them with care and treat the furniture like yours.
There's a waiting penalty charge after the 4:00 pm check-in time. We charge 50pesos per hour
I don't have dedicated parking. Paid parking is available in the Clubhouse area. One-time entry - TBA pesos. Multiple entry - TBA pesos. Also, in front of SMDC Tower with minimal fees.
I suggest contacting the host for your inquiry, to have a smooth and swift booking process.
So that you know, cancellation charges apply if the guest decides not to continue with the booked dates.
