Come get cozy in our super spacious, 2016 luxury Heartland Oakmont fifth wheel. We have parked our RV in a totally private, easily accessible spot on our 94 acre farm. Comfortable during all four seasons thanks to superior air handling & insulation. Enjoy the separate bunk room with its own half bath. Master has king memory foam bed & tons of storage. Master bath has extra large shower. Dine indoors or out or make Smores in the fire pit! Front deck faces valley views and breath taking sunsets!

The space
Guests will love our rural location and amenities. Just 8 miles off I75 but far enough to get away from it all. Privacy and seclusion attract many guests to this listing. There is a 50" flat screen with DVD player in the living room (no cable at this time) and another TV/DVD combo in the master. NO WIFI AT THIS TIME!!! We are still in search of reliable internet service here so come planning to enjoy nature and each other. Guest will also enjoy the stereo with Bluetooth capabilities and indoor/outdoor speakers. Play your favorite music straight from your phone. A pack and play and other baby essentials can be provided upon request. Enjoy the assortment of tea or a cup of coffee on us! The kitchen is well stocked with cooking necessities and tableware. With plenty of space outside to enjoy the fresh mountain air, play a game of corn hole or just relax on the deck. Cook and enjoy dinner outside using the grill and outdoor dining area. Take a walk thru the meadows or forested areas and catch a glimpse of the white tailed deer or wild turkeys. Make s'mores in the fire pit or just put your feet up! We have some children's toys and books. Enjoy the variety of board and card games available as well as books for all ages. We provide box fans (for noise or extra airflow) and space heaters in each room for our guests comfort. There are plenty of extra blankets and pillows as well.

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire back 50 acres of Woodberry Farm. Enjoy hiking or head to the 5 acre pond. Fishing here is popular or paddle around in one of our kayaks, canoes or john boat. Pack a picnic to enjoy or just hang out on the large dock. Guests are welcome to pitch a tent if some in your party want to rough it. Plenty of space for corn hole and other outdoor games. A grill and outdoor seating are also available.

Other things to note
There are two guardian dogs on property. Our Great Pyrenees is Yeti. He is 6 years old and guards the livestock and property. He likely won't come greet you because he is not very social with guests but you may see him roaming around. The German Shepard mix (Jake) is the Guardian of the Children, lol! He is big but still young. He stays with us, away from the guest area, and is put up when we are not home.

Hi, I'm Heather! I live in Sweetwater, TN with my amazing husband, Scott, and our three awesome kids. We live on a farm with sheep, cows, a horse, donkeys, chickens, ducks, dogs and cats. We love it out here because we can run wild and free! We love adventure, discovering new places and meeting all kinds of people! A cup of coffee and a book on my porch swing is pretty great, too!
