This waterfront old stone house was originally built in 19th century and completely renovated in 2018. The interior represents a mix of a traditional Mediterranean style combined with modern design. Set in a peaceful old fisherman village called Muo, our house is perfect base for exploring the Bay. The Old town of Kotor is less than 10min driving distance while Tivat airport is less than 20min away. The house has three levels and each level has undisturbed sea views.

The space
Fully equipped kitchen, dining area and one bathroom are located on the ground floor. Internal staircase leads to the first floor where there is a spacious and bright living room. What is pretty special about the house is that the living room has a direct access to the charming balcony overlooking the sea and the town of Kotor. Top floor comprises of two bedrooms and a bathroom.

Other things to note
Unlike other houses in the same area, our house has front terrace ideal for al-fresco dining and enjoying those calm summer nights. You can swimm from a jetty located just opposite the house, sunbathe and enjoy the most amazing views and scenery of Kotor Bay. Parking for two cars is also provided.
