Great for remote work

Fast wifi at 265 Mbps, plus a dedicated workspace.
Best for families & couples. Solitude, quiet, 2000 sq. feet to move about. Mid-island, 5 scenic miles to beach along moss covered oaks. We have indoor ping pong, great wifi, board games. Lovely maritime forest next to house. Coffee, treats & amenities await. We love ALL of our guests. (4 max and ID verified req). At booking ask about your 1 trained medium to small dog, no meow meows. Quiet hours after 10:30 PM - (babies forgiven) we <3 neighbors.

The space
The house is spacious with lots of cool art on the walls in the kitchen and living room area. You can cook, read, or just hang out and play ping pong in the living room. One side of house has maritime forest and the other side has a nice neighbor family.
The house is our home and feels like real home that we are sharing with you - a real airbnb experience. You will have the house to yourself, we are not in it when you are here. We love families and encourage them!
My cats have been in the house, but they are not in the house when you are here - you will not see cats in other words :). There is an upstairs to the house that is not occupied - this is our private area and not accessible for guests. We installed a nest doorbell so you may perhaps be seen entering and exiting the house, we use this for general security measures, there is not a camera downstairs anywhere (In case you worry about that) :) There are children who play in the street if it is daytime, so use caution driving in ok? :) They are super nice children <3. Outdoor night noises are not allowed, quiet hours after 10:30 PM.

Guest access
The door has a lock with a code/security camera and you will put code in yourself. You can park in the driveway (two car limit) - Land Trust green space next door) and enter by the little guppy fish pond. You walk into main living room space and adjacent kitchen area. You have two bedrooms and two bathrooms and several beds to choose from such as a futon by the fireplace (4 guest limit). Kitchen with coffee maker and even coffee beans to grind if you like. I will be sure to have snacks here for you too for breakfast!

Other things to note
Bring your bikes if you can, the bike path is nearby. Parking in my driveway (2 car max unless you request more) is fine! The Land Trust has green space next door so I try and keep cars off the lots there and keep them happy :)
