Fully renovated APARTMENT with silent Air Condtionned, Fiber WiFi, HOT shower with PRESSURE, SMART TV, PS4 , good for 2, located in a quiet area. It’s 5 minutes away from the Island Hopping and the Nightlife.
Perfect for couples or singles.

It has a terrace with plants, a fully equipped kitchen, electric kettle, microwave, electric oven, french coffee press, with coffee, mugs, purified water, burners, blender, air fryer, fridge & freezer and a hot/cold water dispenser and a vacuum cleaner.

The space
Close to town and market. Not to far from the nightlife in a quiet area !
Perfect for a couple or a digital normad. Located behind Swiflets Inn and Lagun Hotel, it’s protected from the noise by the buildings, it offers lots of privacy.

This place is my place and some of my personal belongings will stay in the apartment like my musical instruments, magazines/books, plants… don’t expect the service of a resort it’s a real apartment, so I’d expect you to take care of it as if it was your own house. We check that ALL appliances work before you check-in, if something doesn’t work or if you break something you have to me know right away.

You will most probably also find groceries and I will just ask you to replace what you took if possible.

Not much reviews because I’m basically here all the time as again, that is my main residence in El Nido. I just plan to move out time to time and though it may be helpful for travelers with no accommodation to have a home away from home instead of a hotel.

The remote controller of the sound system works except that the on/off button is a bit hard. There’s an on/off button on the side of the sound system if ever.

Near the Market and close from the downtown it’s a perfect location for those who don’t wanna pay everyday for tricycles or rent bikes to go back home... Mostly after a party in town.
