Step inside the house with its welcoming open floor plan. Start your day at the breakfast bar with a steaming cup of coffee, mapping out your adventures. A delightful 10-minute drive will take you to Atascadero, where you can savor a scrumptious breakfast and brunch at our favorite, The Nest. Energized after your meal, embark on a wine-tasting journey with countless renowned wineries to choose from. On your way back, visit The Groves on 41 for exquisite olive oil tasting—grab a bottle of their award-winning oil to enhance your culinary creations at Summer Place. Conveniently located, Summer Place is a mere 25-minute drive to the Mid-State Fairgrounds and Paso Robles Event Center, 45 minutes to Morro Bay, Hearst Castle, and only 25 minutes to San Luis Obispo and the closest regional airport (SBP). Returning to the house, you'll find a welcoming and spacious interior. The kitchen flows seamlessly into the dining area and living room. For a cozy retreat, unwind in the TV room (featuring a fold-out queen bed) and catch up on sports or movies. Down the hallway, two bedrooms with queen beds share a hall bathroom, while the master bedroom boasts a luxurious California king bed and an ensuite bathroom. As evening descends, unwind by firing up the BBQ, uncorking a bottle, and lounging around the oversized family table. Dine al fresco amidst ample seating while the stunning spa with its cascading waterfall beckons for a relaxing soak under the starlit sky. Guests love our expansive backyard. Witness breathtaking sunsets and a canopy of twinkling stars—make a wish upon a shooting star at Summer Place, where magic fills the air year-round!
