Your Muskoka get away awaits! This relaxing and private 4 season cottage paradise is ideal for the whole family to enjoy. Just over 2hrs North of Toronto. The cottage is on a peninsula property with 420ft of prime Muskoka waterfront.

The spacious 1900sq ft cottage has a custom kitchen with S/S appliances and a large island for entertaining. Exposed cedar beams and trim throughout. We have a beautiful 3 sided gas fireplace to keep warm throughout the winter and happily host year round.

The space
The Muskokas is all about the outdoors. Drive along winding roads passing by Canadian Shield granite cliffs, rivers and calm lakes on your way north.

Winter:
You'll enjoy your privacy with our large lot and surrounding forest. There are islands to explore on our lake, trails to hike/ cross country ski or snowshoe, access to snowmobile trails with Arrowhead and Algonquin Provincial parks near by. Look at our Air Bnb guidebook for local tips and experiences including dogsledding and ice skating trails. If adventure isn't what you are looking for, the cottage is the perfect place to curl up by the fire, enjoy the beautiful star filled night skies, and have some peace and quiet to recharge. Note that between Oct 31st and April 30th the dock is not in the water.

Summer:
At the cottage you'll enjoy your own fishing bay, an island off the point, a private sand beach, a brand new dock with seating for the whole gang. 12' depth off the end of the dock so feel free to jump right in. If you'd like to explore the area consider going to the local marina for boat rentals, get a steam boat tour of Lake of Bays, try wake surfing, or book a tee time at one of the many world class golf courses nearby.

5min drive into Baysville. In town you can explore marinas, the Lake of Bays Brewery, icecream shops, cafes, waterfalls and more. 20min drive to Hunstville or Bracebridge.

If you are on the lake or in town wave and say hello. Everyone is very laid back and welcoming.
