Disappointed that when asked prior to booking if sun loungers available and was told yes, that was provided with 2 beach mats instead for use on terrace! Also did not expect to be sharing laundry facilities with property below. Nor did we expect to find lounge area had been converted into a bedded area off of kitchen. This maybe okay for 1 or 2 nights but 14 nights without a sofa to sit on to relax is a bit much. Would recommend place for short stay but was like living in a goldfish bowl with every window looking onto a different neighbour only metres away in every direction. Liked closeness to beach & restaurants. The bathroom and kitchen were well appointed.

The accommodation was clean and tidy. We wanted to arrive later on the first day, but Michal insisted we were at the property for 14:00. Not very easy when driving hundreds of km's. Initially finding the flat was not easy. I asked two locals who did not know where the flat was. It was lucky that I walked around the roads and just happened to stumble across the location of the flat. The boiler did not work, it took over an hour to get it working. When eventually we got it working the water was tepid and certainly not good enough for a shower. The tv/decoder was impossible to work. There was no information left in the flat in any other language except Czech. The area surrounding the flat was not very good. The paths were covered in dog mess and smelled of urine. However, taking a 10 minute walk took us to a more attractive and pleasant area.

The apartment is very nice and cozy. It suites very well families with children. The nearest beach is in 10 minutes by walk. The supermarket is not far also. Kitchen and bathroom are fully equipped. Michal is always in touch and ready to help, doing all his best to resolve all questions.

The flat was clean,the kitchen well equipped, the beds were good. The neighbourhood was quiet. The TV set was super, only we wished to have clear instructions how to use it. Air conditioning was not easy for us to operate. Communication with Michal was excellent.

Michael's place was in a very nice area, close to the sea . It was stylish and very comfortable. He was very helpful. We would happily stay there again.

It was a very convenient and spacious apartment with two balconies, one is the big one to sit out with friends... We loved every minute of our stay and would definitely rent it again if will come to Torreveija next year. Thanks for awesome holiday place.

Omdöme på svenska längre ned. Suomeksi viimeiseksi. I and my wife had very pleasant one month stay in Michal's appartment (that on upper floor)! Michal is a nice and helpful guy. He arranged Rosie to meet us at 9.30 pm when we checked in. Rosie is nice, too! We were probably the first persons to use the bathroom after renovation! Everything was clean and tidy. There was a brand new TV and the WiFi worked fine. We had a rental car which we parked in the street max. 20 meters from the gate. You don't need a car but the life is easier if you have one. We enjoyed walking on the beach. There is a covered pathway/boardwalk. The same applies to Molino del Agua Park. Visit it! All these are within the walking distance and so are two supermarkets, too. There were not so many people in the area during our stay but I think the situation is different in August. We really recommend Michal's appartment! Nu på svenska. Det finns två stora livsmedelsaffärer inom gångavstånd. På stranden finns det belagd trottoar. Samma sak i Molino del Agua Park. Rekommenderas! Området är så här års nästan folktomt vilket nog inte är fallet i augusti. Stället rekommenderas varmt! Det är troligen svårt att hitta liknande till detta pris. Ja vielä suomeksikin. Hän järjesti Rosien antamaan avaimet, kun saavuimme paikalle vasta klo 21:30. Tilasimme asunnon kuukausia sitten. Siihen oli tilauksemme jälkeen tehty melkoisia remontteja, esim. kylppäri oli uusitty täysin. TV oli myös uusi. WiFi toimi hyvin. Asunto oli puhdas ja siisti.
