The space
We have one double bed, two twin beds, a futon that can sleep one or two people, and two sofas that can be used as beds, as well.
The room has a kitchenette with a microwave oven, refrigerator, and sink so you can prepare snacks while you relax in the space.
There is one full bathroom on the first floor.
Guest access
You will have your own apartment in a stand-alone garage next to our house. We have 6.5 acres of lawn, seasonal sheep, and we are only 5 walking minutes from the access point to Clarkson University's nature trail that has a mile-long path along the Raquette River.
Other things to note
Feel free to walk around the yard. In the Summer and Fall, we have sheep in the pasture. You may enter and pet them, or hang out with them. They love company.

There is a nature trail maintained by Clarkson University just 5 minutes walking distance away. It runs along the Raquette River. To find the trail, walk to the Bagdad Road and turn right. Go to the STOP sign and straight through into a parking area with a chain. Walk over the chain. You are now in the middle of the trail. You can proceed left (comes out by Stewarts), or right (goes into a loop and back again). There are docks over the river along the way if you go to the left.
