Perched high above the Pacific, the property features panoramic ocean views, open-air living areas, and two private pools — a saltwater infinity pool facing the sea, and a garden pool surrounded by tropical palms. Gentle ocean breezes and the soothing rhythm of the waves set the tone for deep rest and reconnection.

Enjoy our expansive 3-acre gated estate with 300 feet of private oceanfront/ beachfront. Experience complete comfort and privacy in a serene natural setting;

Savor local flavors at nearby restaurants like Café Sunzal, La Ola, Pelícanos, aCadejo all within 2 miles. Delivery is available for just $5 from select eateries, offering everything from seafood to pizza;
(3) Grocery Shopping:
Conveniently located 15 minutes from Puerto La Libertad, where you’ll find grocery stores, pharmacies, and the fisherman’s pier at Puerto de La Libertad —perfect for fresh seafood like extra-large shrimp and Boca Colorado fish;
(4) Surfing:
Proximity to world-class surf spots: El Sunzal (1 mile), El Tunco (2 miles), Punta Roca (10 miles), and El Zonte ( 10 miles).
