Beautiful, bright apartment with gorgeous views of The Remarkables, Coronet Peak & the Shotover Equestrian. Soak up the sunshine in this lovely open plan lounge with full modern kitchen & laundry. Just a 10-15 minute drive to both ski fields & beautiful downtown Queenstown. This cosy bungalow is conveniently nestled in between Queenstown & Arrowtown on the bank of a stunning reserve adjacent to the NZ Cycle Trail along the Shotover River. Super private & lovely outdoor area to enjoy day/night.

The space
We have tried to make our home as accessible as possible for all our guests as well as those with disabilities. Lots of room on either sides of beds & a spacious living room, bathroom & hallway. We have also placed a handrail & seat within the walk in shower.

**********Please note - This is a 1 bedroom Airbnb. If you require the 2nd bed in the lounge please let us know well in advance. Otherwise a call out fee of $50 will apply to drop off new linen. Thank you!

This also applies to cot & high chair as these are not stored at the Equestrian View. Thank you!

The entire apartment is yours! Gorgeous views onto the reserve from your own private patio which can be accessed from the lounge.

The apartment shares a driveway with the main house, we have saved 2 parking spaces outside the apartment just for you.

**This is a one-bedroom apartment with 2 beds so very suitable for a couple and child under 17, or 3 adults maximum. There is plenty of room for a porta cot.

**PLEASE DO NOT ATTEMPT TO BOOK WITH US IF YOU HAVE MORE THAN 3 GUESTS (THIS INCLUDES CHILDREN).

Lower Shotover Country has those family vibes for sure. Great for walking & riding bikes (as it is so flat!) & exploring the beautiful Shotover River. Close enough to get to the hustle & bustle of gorgeous Queenstown but far away enough to enjoy those peaceful & relaxing moments.
