Welcome to The NeST! Located in artsy Wedgewood-Houston—just minutes by Uber to Broadway’s honky-tonks and surrounded by Nashville’s rising food & drink scene. Walk to GEODIS Park, grab a latte at the new coffee spot Barista Parlor next door, or explore SoHo House, Bastion Bar, Earnest's Bar & Hideaway, Mercado, Falcon, Diskin Cider & more. Sleeps 8 with 3 queen bedrooms + loft, 2 full baths, smart TVs, back porch for coffee, and a cozy fire pit & BBQ out back.

The space
Welcome to The NeST — a cozy, stylish, and functional retreat in the heart of Wedgewood-Houston. The home is designed for comfort, with thoughtful touches and space to relax. We are still in the process of adding meaningful art pieces that help tell The NeST story, so each stay brings something new.

You’ll find flat-screen smart TVs in the great room, downstairs bedroom, and loft, plus two full bathrooms for convenience. Step out back to enjoy your morning coffee on the porch, or gather in the courtyard around the fire pit for wine and BBQ under the stars.

When the weather’s nice, we love walking to The Mercado for Margarita's and tacos, Dozen for baked goods or Americano Lounge for coffee, or you can take a quick 4-minute Uber to all the local favorites like Earnest Bar & Hideaway, Bastion, The Distillery, Diskin Cider, Jackalope Brewing, or Soho House. More places are opening every day.

You may use & enjoy the entire home, with the exception of my private locked off room and the private garage that is a functioning studio. If anyone in your party has difficulty with stairs you can load in/out from the back through the gate. There is No parking in my neighbors driveway - They are A and we are B (easy to confuse.) If the parking is difficult due to any events (please only as truly needed) You may temporarily use the parking pad in back & overflow on the neighbors grass close to our garage. (let us know in advance)

Other things to note
We are right behind the fair grounds & raceway, and down the street of the new soccer stadium. Occasionally there is noise from events taking place near by. The race track is very occasional but can be annoying outside. There is a sound ordinance that shuts things down by 10 or 11pm. The entire city hears the trains & other city noises so please expect that, it is a busy city no matter where you stay. The stadium is brand new and active so there are fans that come and go down the street. Please be very courteous when coming and going during late hours so the neighbors will continue to support our short term rental. This house is NOT available for hosting bachelorette or bachelor parties. If you are sleeping here and heading to town to join a party that is of course fine. Contained dinners for house guests are terrific - simply respect my pretty house so we can continue to offer it and desire to share it with you. Love it like your own and we are homeys! xoxoxo

This is the city where old meets new. We are a transforming neighborhood as is typical of all of Nashville. It is rapidly growing in an industrial and art district area with an easy walk to coffee, the Corsair Distillery where you can arrange a tour, Diskin Cider, Earnests Bar & Hideaway Restaurant or Bastion Bar. it is very centrally located to everything and 1.4 miles to downtown. Every single day there are new places coming up such as the Americano Coffee Lounge, Dozen, as well as Falcon coffee by day and Flamengo dancing by night. There are hidden art galleries and furniture stores as well as pilates, Yoga, hair salon and lingerie shop inside of the Houston Street string of stores. The new soccer stadium and fairgrounds area are planning on building more shops.
