Recently refurbished, cosy and compact home in the heart of Thame, just 2 mins walk from the High St with a variety of top quality restaurants/pubs and boutiques. With dedicated off-street parking also available, this is the perfect base for exploring the surrounding countryside. Easy access into Oxford and London. Public EV charging available about 30 metres from the house in Southern Rd car park (behind the Co-Op).

The space
This is the perfect alternative to a hotel! This cosy home consists of:
- An open plan living room/kitchen with comfortable sofa, coffee table and smart TV. Note: In the winter/autumn months, the fold up dining table and chairs are stored in the cupboard under the stairs which guests are welcome to get out and use during their stay. In the spring/summer, these will be outside in the garden.
- A modern newly fitted kitchen. Fully equipped with everything you will need; oven, hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge, washing machine, crockery, cutlery, pots/pans, utensils, washing up liquid, cooking oil, salt, pepper etc. (Note: no freezer)
- A newly renovated bathroom with electric shower above the bath, luxury toiletries and fluffy towels.
- A cosy comfortable bedroom with double bed, large built in wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside tables with drawers and hair dryer.
- A sunny garden and patio area, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee/tea and breakfast.
- Free off street parking for 1 car (not suitable for large vehicles)
- Public EV charging available about 30 metres from the house in the Southern Road car park (behind the Co-Op).
- Good quality WiFi (around 40 Mbps upload speed).

Thame is an historic Market Town in the heart of Oxfordshire, perfectly situated at the foot of the Chiltern Hills. Famously featured in Midsomer Murders, this charming and characterful town is also home to lots of top quality pubs, restaurants and boutique shops which are all just a short walk from the house.

If you're looking for a spot of retail therapy, the famous Bicester Retail Village is a short 25 min drive away with all the designer brands at discounted prices for you to enjoy! Oxford city's brand new Westgate Centre is also worth a visit.

Oxford has such a wide range of things to do, from shopping in the Covered Market to taking a stroll round the Oxford Colleges. Why not hire a punt/rowing boat from The Cherwell or Magdalen Bridge Boathouse or visit the Ashmolean or Natural History Museums?
