This newly renovated charming three-bedroom apartment is light, clean and fully equipped for self-catered living. It is very spacious with enough beds to comfortably house six to eight people. The property also boasts a beautiful garden with furniture for relaxing outside, as well as a private road that takes you directly to one of the most beautiful beaches in the South of Italy, in around a three minute walk.

La proprietà è circondata da un grande giardino attrezzato di poltrone e tavoli. Un sentiero privato porta direttamente alla spiaggia, considerata una delle più belle della costa Ionica. A cinque minuti di distanza dall’appartamento ci sono negozi di generi alimentari che vendono prodotti locali, inclusi una bellissima pescheria, un macellaio e un panettiere. C’è ampio spazio per il parcheggio fuori dalla casa. L’appartamento dista circa 30 chilometri da Reggio Calabria e un’ora e mezza dalla Sicilia.
