A complete, independent triplex house in the center, newly built, reinterpretation of traditional Cartagena style, a step away from tourist attractions and the commercial area. With a garage in the house itself and a sun terrace.

The space
Ideal accommodation for sightseeing or business. For a young family. The heights between floors are high: the stairs are comfortable but not recommended for people with mobility difficulties. The staircase and railings are open, so it is not recommended for very young children, who require constant supervision.

The house is exclusively for the guest's use during their stay.

I am Carlos, I work as a graphic designer in Valencia, although I am native of Cartagena, there I have my house and my family. I really like my city and if when you come to stay at home and I'm around I will be happy to take a tour of it, its museums and monuments or some of its routes, such as the modernist route or the fortress route. I also love animals so if you have one of them they are also welcome.
