Charming '50 house with new contemporary kitchen and abundant light. Forever wild backyard with direct access to Erie Canal / walking and bike paths. Five minute walk to Pittsford Village and Nazareth College. Down the road from St John Fisher College, Oak Hill Country Club and Wegmans.

The space
House overlooks an amazing backyard abundant with wild life: deer, turkey, variety of birds etc. Connecting trails, directly accessible from the house, allows for day trips, biking, hiking etc. House is very cozy mixing 50' look (vintage bathroom tiles) and contemporary updates (completely updated kitchen). Books, games and welcome treats provided.

Greetings! Welcome to a little info about the home and me! My husband and I are artists. I’m a theatre director and writer and my husband a fine art glass sculptor. Our home and studio is adjacent to the property. We acquired the home from the original owners primarily for the amazing backyard perfect for respite, contemplation and the creative energy. Together the backyards combine to over 2 1/2 forever wild acres with direct access to miles and miles of trails. In the process of updating the property (built in the ‘50s) we opened the home to visiting artists, and now we’re excited to join the Airbnb community. We so enjoyed having the opportunity to meet so many wonderful people.
