Enjoy the perfect holiday in this amazing luxury villa. This villa is often featured on El Cotillo We love you. Villa Vista Cotillo is a modern and extremely spacious property.
It benefits from a hugh openplan living/ dining area with valted ceiling, wood burning fire .
The amazing Italian design kitchen with black granite worktops is both modern and fully equipped including 5 ring gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster and kettle plus a large central island with 8 bar stools making it a perfect spot to plan you day over breakfast and a separate utility room with iron, ironing board and washing machine.
Enormous open plan living/dining room with vaulted ceiling. Two large sofas, 55 inch flatscreen TV ( TV via internet streaming. Using an Amazon firestick.
WiFi at extra cost payable locally) Amazon Prime ES free channels & Netflix access. For childrens entertainment we also provide a few , books and DVDs, plus some pool/beach equipment.
In the living room there is wood burning fire. Extras provided include: hairdryer, BBQ. Baby high chair. Beautiful stone effect dining table with 8 chairs. large glass sliding doors leading onto the patio area with covered and shaded comfortable sitting and stylish outdoor dinning area with 8 dinning chairs plus on the large sunterrace there are numerous sunbeds overlooking the private garden planted various Palm trees, and other Canarian plants
This incredible villa has 4 large bedrooms: Master bedroom 1: Sleep in style in this elegant beautiful room with double bed, walk in wardrobe and huge dressing area and work space. It has direct outside access onto the garden with sea views.
Master Bedroom 2 : Is a light and airy room with double bed and dedicated workspace. Direct access to the sunterrace with views of the garden and sea.
Bedroom 3: This spacious room come with a double bed and benifts from stunning sunrise views over the mountains with dedicated space work.
Bedroom 4 : with 2 single beds this room has garden views & sea views and direct access to outdoor sitting/ dinning area.

Villa Vista Cotillo has the unique feature of an indoor heated swimming pool. Surrounded by lockable sliding doors giving an indoor/outdoor feel so you can enjoy a dip what ever the weather! The pool overlooks the sun terrace and tropical planted garden. For those with small children, for safety reasons, it is possible to completely shut off access to the pool area.
Fantastic views of El Cotillo and the surrounding mountains, giving you the ideal opportunity to the see the breathtaking sunrise and sunsets plus due to the island being a biosphere and starlight reserve you can experience incredible stargazing.
Villa Vista Cotillo is only 1km away from a superb range of bars and restaurants, supermarkets, local shops. Just a few minutes drive away you will also find the world famous surf beach plus El Cotillo's stunning natural lagoons.

My Wife Tanya and I fell in love with the peace and quiet of El Roque and how truly unspoilt it is even to this day so we designed and built Villa Vista Cotillo as our family home.
We now rent it out throughout the year but on the rare occasion that it's available we look forward to staying there are selves....it really is the ultimate place to relax and unwind!!!
